Peace Church Scholarship Fund: The Peace Church Scholarship awards funds to eligible individuals (youth & adult) seeking academic or spiritual education.  The Academic Scholarship only covers the following expenses: College Tuition, Books/Fees, Student Loan Payoff, Transportation. The Spiritual Scholarship only covers the following expenses: Spiritual Retreat or Seminar, Transportation.

The window to apply for academic scholarships opens each year on January 1st.  The deadline to apply for academic scholarships is June 1st.

Spiritual education scholarships do not have a deadline and can be awarded anytime throughout the year. Applications must be submitted 60 days before scholarship is needed.

Each type of scholarship has its own application, deadlines and requirements. Applications are below available to download and view. Paper applications are also available for pick up at the church.

2025 Academic Scholarship Recipent - Ben Cummings

Ben spent 3 years as drum major at Dawson High School where he recently graduated.  He spent the summer as a drum major in the Drum Corp International program with The Academy Drum & Bugle Corp.  He is now attending the University of Texas at Austin majoring in music education.  He is a member of the Longhorn Band playing mellophone and is a member of the Symphonic Concert Band playing french horn.  Ben hopes to be a band director when he graduated college.  Ben grew up at Peace Church and has served on many mission trips and in the church choir.
